This little old man is Blackie, he is about 10-11 years old, and is possibly going blind. he also had a pretty bad skin allergy but with some special baths and a little TLC he is the handsome man you see today! Blackie is currently living with one of our fosters so if you are interested in meeting Blackie please call HSWC at 540-635-xxxx to arrange a time to meet him This adoptable dog has already been altered. The Adoption Fee is only $30.00. They have had their initial vaccinations and been de-wormed. Come by the shelter to see our other animals available for adoption.
